Privacy Policy
We collect the details you give us when you register or contact us: name, work email, company, role, and billing details handled by our payment processor. We use them to run your training, send cohort updates and issue invoices.
Participants build inside their own AI tools and accounts. We do not receive the content of your agents, chats or company data.
We never sell personal data. You can ask for a copy of your data, or for its deletion, at any time by writing to privacy@aibootcamp.co.
Terms of Service
A seat gives one named person access to one cohort of the training they registered for. Team administrators can reassign unused seats before a cohort starts.
Everything a participant builds during the training belongs to them or their employer. Course materials remain the property of AI Bootcamp and are licensed for internal use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Subprocessors
We use a small set of vendors to run the training: a payment processor, a learning platform, a video host for recorded sessions, and an email provider. The current list, with each vendor's purpose and data location, is available on request from security@aibootcamp.co.
Refund Policy
Full refund through the end of week one, on both trainings. No form and no approval to wait on: reply to your welcome email and the refund is issued within five business days.
After week one, seats can be moved to a later cohort once at no cost.
Security
AI Bootcamp does not host participants' agents or process company data. Builds run in each participant's own, company-approved tools.
Staff access to registration and billing data uses single sign-on and multi-factor authentication. Security questionnaires can be requested at security@aibootcamp.co.
