Design the agent
Practiced onLoad the context, role and identity that make it yours, then check and harden what it produces.
Agent Command
In six hands-on weeks, your team builds AI agents for real business needs. They leave with working agents, a repeatable way to build more, and the playbook to scale them safely across the company.
The agent patterns
Learn each pattern on a real build, shipped for your own role. Then use it on every agent you build afterward.
Load the context, role and identity that make it yours, then check and harden what it produces.
Connect it safely to real mail, chat and calendar data, through to its first automated run.
Start from a reviewed spec with guardrails, human checkpoints and a golden test set from day one.
Combine it with the agents around it into one coordinated roster your team can actually operate.
Week two
This does not happen in a workshop. The Strategic Advisor your team built in pattern 01 runs it.
It interviews each person about their role and the wider company, scores every candidate it finds, and compiles a ranked build order into a document your team leads keep reusing long after the cohort ends.
High value, high feasibility, low investment. Work starts this week.
Blocked on a policy or an approval, not on capability.
Worth proving before it is worth funding.
Real value, not yet a defined build.
With the reason recorded, so it can be revisited on purpose.
31 candidate use cases scored. Example output.
From pilots to company scale
The agents your map put first still have to get through the rest of the company. These six documents are what your team builds around them: everything needed to clear security, legal, finance and executive review.
The standing answer to security's first question: what agents may reach, and what they may never touch.
What each agent knows, where that knowledge lives, and who keeps it current.
The requirements every agent must meet before it reaches production.
The policies every agent follows and the evidence required before it ships.
How the live fleet is monitored, owned, improved and recovered when something fails.
The operating model, ownership structure and 90-day plan for scaling past the original team.
How the six weeks work
No lectures and no slide decks. Every phase runs the same rhythm: learn the principle, build a working agent, then turn that experience into a company document you keep.
Use AI to build AI
Before week one opens, each builder answers seven questions and the training writes their Build Guide.
It is not a chatbot we host. It is a set of instructions written for each person and installed in their own build tool, so it answers at their level, translates every example into the tool your company approved, and flags a risky step before they take it.
That is how a team of operators, not engineers, ships production agents in six weeks.
Who it's for
Every company now says AI is the priority. Few have named the team accountable for it. This training exists for the moment you do.
These teams carry a company-wide mandate, across the whole business or one function. Each leaves as the internal authority the rest of the company builds from.
They have used the tools. Some built a personal agent late one night just to see if it would hold. Now they need to do it properly, at company scale.
AI leads, transformation leads, heads of innovation, VPs and directors. Hands-on enough to build it themselves, senior enough to set the operating model.
Every participant arrives with an approved AI build tool already installed. The training works with any of them and procures nothing.
Five to seven hours a week of build work. Managers protect that time before kickoff, or completion drops. That agreement is part of the entry criteria.
Seats and pricing
From a single seat to a company-wide rollout, you can register and pay online. Purchase orders and vendor procurement are supported.
1 to 3 seats
A starter cohort for a tight core team beginning the build-out. Best when you already have an internal champion.
4-seat team bundle
$1,800 per seat
The shape we recommend. A cross-functional four carries the documents and operating model across functions and reviews each other's work in real time.
5 or more seats
$1,750 / seat at 11+
Volume pricing for a wider rollout: $1,950 per seat for 5 to 10, $1,750 per seat for 11 and up. Register and pay online, no quote needed.

AI Fluency Sprint
The Sprint is a hands-on training that takes people past the chat box and into the AI tools that change how they work, coding tools included. No experience required. Run it for one person or a whole department.
Company-wide rollouts
Company-scale rollouts unlock the admin layer: seat allocation and billing in one place, engagement analytics on participation and progress, and control over team-wide settings.

Five to seven hours a week of build work, plus an optional weekly office hour. The prep week takes about two hours.
Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot and similar approved build tools. Every example is translated into the tool your company approved.
Participants build inside their own company tools and accounts. AI Bootcamp never receives your data, and the Security Charter is the first document your team writes.
Approve a build tool, name the team, and protect their time in writing. We send a short checklist two weeks before kickoff.
They graduate with working agents, tested against golden sets, and the documents needed to take them to production under your own review process.
The Sprint builds personal capability across the workforce. Agent Command is for the named team that builds and governs agents for the whole company.
